Wallsend Linkages To Feeder Primary Schools
The Wallsend Cluster of schools have developed firm and supportive linkages to foster student development and to support their transition from primary to secondary education.
The Public Schools of Minmi, Maryland, Glendore, Plattsburg, Wallsend, Shortland, Heaton and Jesmond have joined Callaghan College Wallsend Campus in this partnership.
Transition Programs
The Primary to Secondary transition program spans twelve months of activity between cluster schools and Callaghan College Wallsend Campus. Activities ensure that Primary students have contact with Callaghan College Wallsend Campus staff, and other students in Stage 3.
